By accessing or using the Automate With Chi website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Automate With Chi provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for small businesses. The scope of any engagement is defined through a separate agreement or proposal agreed upon between Automate With Chi and the client prior to commencement of work.
Payments
Pricing for services is outlined in individual proposals. Payment terms will be specified per project. Automate With Chi reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom workflows and automations built specifically for them. Automate With Chi retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and knowledge gained through client engagements for other projects.
Limitation of Liability
Automate With Chi will make every reasonable effort to deliver working solutions. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of automations or workflows we build, including but not limited to third-party service outages or API changes.
Third-Party Tools
Our services involve third-party platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, and others. Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing changes by third-party providers.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination is billable at the agreed rate.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
